The top 10 teams in the Class 6A area rankings remained the same this week, as the only team to lose was No. 7 Denton Braswell, which fell 35-33 to No. 10 Allen on Friday. But Nos. 6 through 10 remained unchanged based on the overall body of work for the season, as Braswell owns wins over Allen, No. 9 Little Elm and 5A-others ranked John Paul II, Frisco Liberty and McKinney North. No. 8 Southlake Carroll has beaten Little Elm, and Little Elm beat Allen. Braswell, Allen and Little Elm are tied for first in District 5-6A.
