Kaleb Bailey had to grow up quick. The North Shore quarterback was tossed into the fire as a freshman in 2021 and exceeded expectations. At just 16 years old, Bailey guided the Mustangs to the Class 6A Division I state championship and was named the offensive MVP of the team's 17-10 victory over Duncanville. Bailey was named the All-Greater Houston newcomer of the year for his accomplishments. He accounted for 1,711 yards of total offense and 19 touchdowns in limited action, but his playoff performances against some of the top teams in the state are what really set him apart.
