City Credit Union in Duncanville, Texas

I wasn't treated any differently today .. I am a city of Dallas employee this is the closest City Credit Union to me, and family, with that said i had to deposit a check, which i get on Saturday therefore I have to be at the CCbank, i was parking and someone siad it was looked, i drove to the window teller... timer went off within 2 minutes, however I was still in line! I don't know why if i was in line two minutes that I was not allowed deposit, and there is no other options at this time. I run to the front to see if they could take this deposit, just a check deposit the staff didn't even want to open the door didn't want to look at me, shut the blinds didn't even consider it I was only two! Minutes it be different if they were even 10 minutes after or even where I didn't have to stand in line for 2 minutes before it turned it was a horrible experience, horrible stuff I've been with the city 27 years and do business with them, but I'm tired, really so tired of it all. They're rude, they're unprofessional and they have no customer service skills. I'm fed up it's always an issue with them helping people they act like it's their personal home and you're intruding or invading their money... I work hard to be treated this way each time, or like I said it's where my direct deposit goes I have several properties that I financed through the credit union I did this a long time ago when service was much better and I'd hate to switch everything out for what it is today !!!... I just think the manager should have taken the time to speak to someone when they're in a predicament like this or there are some exceptions other than poor customer service and holding our money ransom is wrong
